What is Happiness Village?
Happiness Village is a place to live, not a concept to believe in. We're building a real village in Spain — with homes, neighbors, shared land, and a way of life that feels good to wake up to.
The Philosophy
Key Concept
From isolation to connection.
Most of us didn't choose the neighborhoods we ended up in. We just landed there — and hoped for the best. Happiness Village starts from a different question: what if you chose your neighbors the way you choose your friends?
At its heart, this is a project about everyday life. Having a place to live. Getting to know the people next door. Sharing responsibility, raising children, caring for land. A village designed so that community life can unfold naturally — with privacy when you want it, and people around when you need them.
The Architecture
Key Concept
Built to last 500 years.
Each village begins small and grows gradually. Homes, shared spaces, and infrastructure come together step by step — not all at once, not as a finished product dropped from above, but as a place that develops along with the people living in it.
Housing is built around Geoship domes: durable, low-impact structures designed for the long haul. Not just practical — genuinely beautiful. The kind of home you'd want to grow old in.

The Governance
Key Concept
Decentralized & Transparent.
Where you live shapes how you live — but so does how decisions get made. In Happiness Village, day-to-day choices happen at a human level: through open conversation, shared responsibility, and trust built over time.
Ownership is transparent. Stewardship is long-term. Nobody disappears behind a management company. The people who live here are the people who decide — and that changes everything about what it feels like to call a place home.
