What data we collect
We collect your email address when you join our waitlist or subscribe to updates via the newsletter form on this website.
With your consent, we also collect anonymous analytics data via Google Analytics 4 (pages visited, session duration, referrer). See the Analytics and cookies section below for details.
We do not collect your name, location, or any other personally identifying information.
Why we collect it
We use your email address to send you updates about the Happiness Village project — construction progress, membership openings, and occasional news. We will never use it for anything else.
Who processes it
Your email address is stored and managed by Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.), our email marketing provider. Mailchimp acts as a data processor on our behalf. You can read Mailchimp's privacy policy at mailchimp.com/legal/privacy.
Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent, which you give when you submit the newsletter form. You can withdraw this consent at any time.

Data retention
We keep your email address for as long as you remain subscribed. When you unsubscribe, your data is deleted from our systems within 30 days.
Analytics and cookies
With your consent, this website uses Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to collect anonymous information about how visitors find and use the site — such as which pages are viewed and how long a visit lasts. This helps us understand whether our content is reaching the right people.
Google Analytics sets cookies on your device to distinguish visits. No personally identifiable information is collected. The data is processed by Google and subject to Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy .
Analytics are off by default. When you first visit the site, a banner asks for your consent. You can decline or withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage or cookies for this domain. Alternatively, you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on .
If you decline, no analytics data is collected and no tracking cookies are set.
Changes to this policy
If we make significant changes to how we handle your data, we will update this page and note the date of change at the top.
